Supernatural 3.09
What I liked
1. The plot was interesting with plenty of twisty parts. The first death scene where the woman's teeth fell out was pretty bloody and gross but well done and quite disturbing.
2. Dean being upset about the bunny was pure brilliance.
3. I've actually started to like Ruby so, hurray! I enjoyed her back-story and the last scene between her and Dean was wonderful. I wouldn't ship them (because Supernatural is the one show where I'm perfectly happy with there being no big romance) but I don't think I'd hate it if she were in it more. As long as it's not all the time...
4. Sam telling Dean he's trying to be more like him was lovely and possibly the first time Dean has really thought about what him not being there is going to do to Sam.
5. Demons being humans who've forgotten who and what they are matches up so closely with everything we've been given so far that it should have been obvious. So now the question is - does Sam stop Dean dying? does Dean die and Sam save him? or does Dean die and come back as a demon with his memories, like Ruby? Hee! I'm so looking forward to finding out. Some day.
Overall Rating
A- I loved pretty much everything. Maybe it's been away so long and there's so little left I'm clinging to the good stuff, but I don't care.
