Pittsburgh Knit & Crochet Festival
Today I went to the Pittsburgh Knit & Crochet Festival with redherring and thwomp. (cinyras was there, too, and we were lucky enough to run into her.) I was very well-behaved and took two patterns with me, and told myself that I could buy yarn for ONE of them, which is exactly what I did. Of course it wasn't inexpensive yarn, but I came in under budget so I shan't be hard on myself.
...then I misbehaved and used it to cast on for the project, even though I told myself I wasn't allowed to cast on for ANYTHING until I was closer to done with my sweater. (It will be Knitty's Clapotis.)
