It's npt about that.
It's about whether or not others get scared.

Depends how strong other people are and whether they like being in control or not. Someone who likes being in control gets annoyed when others take command whereas someone quieter might prefer to have somebody in charge.

I agree, and you don't always want the same, some days you may need to be more in control than others, some people get a sense of control out of 'letting go' and letting someone else take control.
