The slow road to recovery...

I'm starting to feel as if I'm on the road to recovery now and it's such a good feeling! :) So far since the Op the knee hasn't once popped out of joint and to be totally honest it isn't hurting all that much, just the swelling and stiffness amke it hard to walk on and move fast... It seems I already have some movement in it that I haven't had for over 11 years, so I think it's been a success - now it's just a case of seeing if it's a total success or just a great improvement... I'd be happy with either, but of course would like to have a fully functioning pain free knee - I mean who wouldn't?!

Oh well it's about time I elevated it and iced it again, so that's it for now... But you now all know I'm well on my way to being back to my normal self! ;)
