Received wobble board and
any concerns I had about it being too easy dissolved. I bought the advanced one from FitterFirst. Whereas I could balanced on the flat side of the BOSU on a single leg and with my eyes closed, it required constant tiny corrections to stay up on two legs on the wobble board--at its easiest setting (it has three board-to-base angle settings)!
Maybe I should buy one for Dad. It's supposed to be great for runners. Probably he'd find it boring.
