I talked to Tara a few days ago about my sudden loss of power. She promised me she'd help me out with deciphering this whole ordeal. When I got back from work, today, I had a letter sitting on my bed labeled: "Homework". I swear this woman's so great. She has an awesome heart. Once again, Willow is a very lucky lady.
Kincaid:
Hi it's Tara. Here's the homework I promised you. It's not so much h-homework. It's the art of m-meditation. I do it all the time. I really think this will help you get your power back.
Requirements:
- Meditate daily for half an hour, fifteen minutes if you're schedule is too busy.
- Attempt TK at least once a day, twice if possible. G-give yourself a good 30-60 minutes to try it.
- Focus on one method for at least a week, if it shows no results, switch methods.
- Be at ease; in-instead of taking it too seriously think of it as an experiment, a game. If you try too hard you'll just end up frustrating yourself and you'll get nowhere.
- And finally, don't give up!
So, just follow those steps, and keep me up-to-date. Also, keep in mind that if there isn't any real danger or need, the human emotions inhibit the path that the brain requires to create the neural network it needs to create this atmosphere. The more negative emotions, like guilt, fear, non trusting, judgmental attitudes and suspicion are enough to inhibit that natural fl-flow that is required.
Let me know how it goes!
Love,
Tara
I'm really grateful to have Tara looking after me. I know she's busy with The Book Nook and a lot of other things, and it's nice to see she's taking the time to help me out. Not really used to it...
My day was fine until I read Rhiannon's e-mail.
Rhiannon-
You know, the last e-mail was an attempt to settle some things. I tried so goddamn hard to ease some of the tension between us, and all you do is constantly point out the negatives in me. I've realized I'm not perfect... and I'm sorry if my imperfections are fucking up your life.
I know you're coming home soon and my room's always open, but don't come in if you plan on making with the arguing. I want all this shit behind us. So, you decide if it stays that way.
