It was very interesting , besides, your approach to it, how Blair needs to learn a new language and a new set of tactics if she wants to survive (and conquer) in her new enviroment, how at first Dan dismisses her and then has to admit her triumph. And Blair's argument against self determination was absolutely priceless. It shows Blair might be seen as shallow, but that doesn't mean she isn't smart. The U.S.! The colonies! Sometimes it is just about ideals and liberty. Oh, Dan. Sometimes you're so wonderfully naïve.
Although I must admit that felt like I wasn't as well read as I thought I was, because I had to Wiki Imelda Marcos.
This fic goes to my memories, and it might be one of the very few there that isn't CB, so as weird as it might sound it is a complimment!

i guess this is in the line of pret-a-poor j because dan isn't adverse to helping blair and when he does he always learns a little bit more about her.
and yay for the self-determination piece going over well. don't worry about imelda, i only remember her because its hard to forget someone with 2,500 pairs of shoes.
seriously, thanks again for the awesome comments. that made my day.
