First Day Back!
Classes started up today, and so far everything's going really well. My professors seem like decent people, work went by reeeeally super-fast today (my students are awesome this year), and I got super-cute new school supplies tonight. Also, I found about $450 worth of checks I haven't cashed yet so that was also exciting.
I'm taking five classes (18 hours - yuck):
Math 3767 - Algebra / Geometry for Middle School Teachers
Engl 2631 - Mythology in Literature
Engl 1590 - Intro to Literature
Math 1564 - Foundations of Middle School Math
Phys 2607 - Physical Sciences for Middle and Secondary School Teachers
I'm definitely thinking the physics class will be tough, but that's just because of what I've heard from other ed majors. I haven't been to that class yet (it starts tomorrow), but it's later in the afternoon and it's longer than 50 minutes (aka, my longest attention span).
I've gotten to see lots of my girls, so that's been nice. And these little spurts of time that I see Mark every day are wonderful. Except I kind of miss missing him for days on end. Is that weird? Whatever, whenever I need a hug, he's just right across the street. Yay :)
