Notable changes since 2.0.0~alpha2:

• All non-experimental things from cupt 1.x is now here (namely, snapshots and full library documentation)
• Major improvements to dpkg action scheduling algorithm, including auto-determining packages which need indirect upgrades
• Various bugfixes
