Okay, so I've been rewatching a scifi series called
Seven Days. Where the Americans have a device, which allows one hardy individual to travel back in time seven days, and right some wrong.
Jack goes to America, demands to backstep (go back in time) and arrives back in the UK two days before the Children of Earth is set. Jack now knows the frequency to defeat 456, he just has to round up enough children do it safely. Chaos, but with the help of Sarah-Jane and other people Jack knows from across the word, just about doable) Jack congratulates Gwen on her pregnancy and Rhys is still "you told him before you told me?" but Gwen can retort, "actually, he's just told me." Torchwood defeats the 456 (the children only get a mild headache and a day off school), they recruit Lois, the Americans wonder where their time travel device went and Clem receives a long letter and huge cheque in the post.
Six months later: Rhys and Gwen are babyproofing their house; Ianto and Jack are on their honeymoon whilst Lois is left hubsitting the new base and looking after Myfanwy (the Pterodactyl)
So, what do you think?
:-)
