Alright, so check this out. Were putting on Rogers and Hammersteins "Cinderella" for Spring here at school. I wasn't going to do it because of time reasons and needing a job in a bad way. If I would have got in, i would have to take a music class, have practice 5 times a week, for dance, song, and acting. So pretty much almost double of what I've been doing for "Our Town". Anywho, a couple of friends in drama made me go and sign up for auditions just to see if i could make it or whatever. So we head over their and all that to talk to Doc and she told us what we had to do. But like, i guess they heard me singing all morning and i was told that i could prolly get any part i wanted if i tried out. That was a nice little compliment i think. So i did sign up, with my friend Jade, for the part of the King, because the other kid looks more princely than I...lol. But yea, so me and jade are going to try out for the king and queen, and we have learn this dance and this song...Im really nervous, but they all told me that i can "actually sing". Its a rare thing and a surprise when a big ol' white boy can sing...heh. But yea, i thought that was cool and worth writing down. peace and love nigs.
