resistance is futile
as most of you know i work for a .com, and part of what i do is answer an awful lot of e-mail and talk to people during the day via our Live Person service, which is like a im chat feature that runs off of our site and doesn't need any software to be installed. anywho, people are always asking in responses if they can "talk to a real person". this is in response to e-mails as well as instant messages. do most people really think that the world is now run by robots? who do they think is answering their very specific questions, some futuristic version of smarterchild? i AM a real person damnit, stop questioning my existance!
