I'm packing to go back to Reed right now. I'm good about going back: at least I can look forward to seeing all those good Reed friends and also Noah D and Jhop and Kmarsh and Joanie and Chris and Grettie and my aunt Mikie. I don't want winter break, but I know that nothing good lasts forever, so I'm ready to move on and take super good classes (French, Renaissance in Venice Art Hist, Humanities, PRINTMAKING)
Thanks to Dyll and Emily Matt and Karli and Cass and everyone for making my Santa Cruz stay so fabulous. And thanks to everyone for being such good sailors on the friend-ship.
So basically I spent a few long mornings this break making a paper model of the house that we will all live in one day. You'll wake up on the second floor to the sound of real good motown and the smell of super good breakfast and also sunshine and you'll walk down the stairs into the massive kitchen and all the windows and doors and screen doors will be open so that chickens are walking in and out and sunshine is pouring in. You'll grab some braekfast and people will be playing guitar, cuddling, washing dishes, making art etc. And at night we'll all just cuddle puddle. Here are the plans (they got minorly cut off since my scanner wasn't big enough)
