Family and Friends Serving in the Military
I just found out that my cousin joined the army a little while ago. He is stationed at Ft. Knox, Kentucky. I have no idea what he is doing yet but do know that at Ft. Knox is mainly an armor school. But they do fly helicopters and do SF recruiting. His father was in the Special Forces, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that is what he is doing. I’m really pumped that I have many family and friends serving in our military recently. Another thing that was interesting about my family background is that at least 13 of my relatives fought and served in World War II.
Oh yeah and one of my best friends David is doing his basic training right now at Ft. Benning, Georgia . He almost has one week accomplished. I can’t wait to hear back from him! He’s of the last time I talked to him he is still interested in making it into the Special Forces.
