The weekend of studying is finally in the past! I have never in my life spent more time studying!!! I wouldn’t have so much work if I didn’t have to do this stupid extra credit essay for psych, but I just can’t except the grade I will receive if I don’t do this. Call me a nerd cause I sure feel like one! Because of my lack for remembering boring meaningless events I do not remember much of Friday, but I do remember taking a nice nap and ordering, yup ordering, Ben and Jerry’s. On Saturday I got some reading done, went to an outside cookout, and then (omg I think this makes me the biggest nerd ever!) when to the library! Yes, on a Saturday!!! That better be the last time! For dinner I had half of a huge Greek salad and continued to eat until I went to bed. Today I took a break from studying, got out of the “dorm look” (sweatpants, sweatshirt, messy hair, and flip-flops) and put on some jeans and make up and went into New Haven. I ate some more and bought a few things I could have definitely lived without. This trip was the first trip off campus since Easter!!!! Then when I came back I tried to study but it just wasn’t happening. Then all of a sudden around 9pm I heard fire works!!! My school was lightening them off in celebration of classes ending. It was so sad. I am going to miss being here so bad, especially when I start school again. I can’t believe that after knowing my roommates so well I will be so far away from them in just a few days (well not Maria, she lives in Beverly). The fire works were better than Amesbury’s. Leave it to Quinnipiac to spend a ridiculous amount of $$$ on something so irrelevant to learning! I try not to get nervous about next year, but it will be so weird just living with one other person and having to start all over again! I hope it will be a little easier being there than here. See my A-town readers in a few! Miss ya!!!
