Cornerstone was absolutely amazing!
I can't express with words how much I enjoyed Cornerstone. Here are several memorable bands that we saw.
-Emery: We saw them twice. Only Devin was there because of Warped tour!:( It was cool, nonethless!! We also got to meet him. The second time we saw them we had to wait 2 hours for the show to start because of electrical problems or something, it was well worth it!!
-Spoken: I thought they performed really well. I loved when they played Promise because A.) I know that song the best. B.) I love it!
-Staple: I can't express how much anticipation & excitement went into that show!! Mary, Melissa, and I caught site of Darin backstage!! Our hearts literally jumped with joy as we saw him. The show was amazing! Afterwards, we all bought R.I.P. shirts!:( We waited till the line died down to get 1 group picture & 3 seperate pictures with Darin. It felt really weird to leave the Staple show, it felt like I was leaving behind dear friends of mine..lol. Basically all of Cornerstone talk was surrounded in seeing him & the band again. We now call our loves the triple D's since Darin, Dave, and Devin all start with D's! We musn't forget Zach though!! I think it would be appropriate to call them Zee Triple D's! Zee=Zach..lol.
-Kids In The Way: We saw them twice. I thought they were better the second time, but their performances were amazing both times!! We met Dave ( <3 ) as we waited for him outside. Mary caught site of him, so we waited until we saw his reflection move! HaHa. We wanted to meet the other members, but he said they were eating. We came back a few hours later & the most ironic/annoying thing happened!! As we got RIGHT by the tent we saw a van with a familiar looking band in it. IT WAS KIDS IN THE WAY. We saw Dave stick his head out the window. Those fools didn't wait for us!!:| lol, meeting Darin again totally made up for it!!
-Sullivan: At first, I was kind of hesitant to see them. It turns out they are pretty good!! Zach, our new love, is in that band. We all got pictures taken with him with different poses!! (He put his head against Mary's, touched Melissa's head, and made a weird face in my picture..lol.) We ended up seeing them twice & met most of the members.
All in all, fun times were had!!

I AM SO GOING BACK NEXT YEAR..THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!! I ALREADY TOLD MY MOM I WANT TO GO BACK & SHE SAID.."Next Year" lol!:)
