Being on time
So I was supposed to go NUSSG Rag & flag day yesterday...
My friends 'A' decided to meet me and 'B' at 4pm and I woke up on time to prepare and saw her text to meet at 4.15 instead... My mum seeing that I might be late decided to send me there... I texted them both that I'm on the way... And only after I text that I had reached at 3.55 did A text the group chat that she will still be late...
I waited till 4.35. So at this point I decided to call them both and below was the conversation between us
Me: hey where are you?
B: oh I'm still at home
Me: ok I'm already here and it's already 4.30
B: oh I told A that I will be late. See you later kay
Me: ok *hangs up*
Texted A that B is still home then proceeds to call A after another 5 mins
Me: hey where are you?
A: I'm at vivo City just done with lunch and waiting for a cab
Me: ok but I've been waiting for 30 mins alread
A: but I told you 4.30 what
Me: no you said later and besides you are still late even if you said 4.30.
A: I'm waiting for a cab already
Me: I think you will only reach at 5 cause from vivo till esplanade confirm got jam one
A: won't la
Me: ok *hangs up*
So I went to coffee bean trying to cool down after standing and waiting for over 30 mins only to order the wrong drink... I was so pissed off that I teared and I don't think any friends have ever made me wait or angry like this
At 4.45, i texted that the queue was up till where I was already and A just told me that she will try to cut the queue. I then told them that I would leave at 5 if they still weren't here...
At 5pm, she texted that she was at mbs and another friend have joined the queue and that I haven't queue unless I left...
A never apologised and B just texted in the group chat that she didn't feel well...
I already gave them enough face to wait for an hour.. And they are certainly not worth my time to make me so angry and upset...
So they still went for the show and post a lot of pictures from the event..
Well, let me ask you this, what would you do in my situation?
