do you want to be Valtiel?
alright. so i was awake for about 36 hours sunday afternoon through monday night. and when i fell asleep for 16 hours, i started dreaming. and it was an odd little dream.
first, i was hanging down here. my online buddy, kels, decided she'd move down here. don't know why. just friends. so she did and she lived with me. then we all went up north to canoe down rivers. me and my dad went solo and got lost. i also think our canoe sank. so we started walking upstream and i caught turtles and stuff but didn't keep em long. but they were huge turtles. a softshell turtle slmost bit my dad. but we walk all the way back and shortly before going back inside, weird stuff was going on. like strange dinosaur type of things. and we get inside and kels cut her hair. and then she decides she's gonna go somewhere. she leaves and then i decide to go after her. i go outside and everything is completly different. i forget some things but i end up in this hall way. it's like this...

it was more rounded. like a U. but the concept is the same. so i was on the top left and i start walking down. then a giant spikey ball comes down and rolls after me before i could reach a doorway in the center. i run off and the ball starts rolling up to where i am but it doesn't make it and it rolls back down and stops. so i walk down to the bottom of the U-shaped hallway and at the lowest point, there's that door. it's guarded by a grid of sharp metal poles. i look inside and see a deteriorated room. things like destroyed toys being hung from a walkway that looks like is the only way out. there's a ramp that goes up to it. and the metal bars looik like they rise to go up. and a female voice says "Do you want to be Valtiel?"

i learned that Valtiel is a blend of words. valt which comes from valet. meaning to protect and guide and such. and el to be the ending of angel. so basically it means guardian angel. also, Valtiel is a character from Silent Hill. he's mainly in 3. but he's suspected to have been in every silent hill. in the 3rd game, he's supposed to be the guy that protects the mother of god.
the doors opened up and the alarm went off so i woke up.
just makes me think. being a guardian angel would be pretty cool.
