(no subject)
Oh dear. I just spent the past hour and a half cleaning my house because relatives are coming in tonight.
How fun.
My room is very clean. So is the basement. So is Bernice. She's a pretty car now.
I'm almost finished with everything I have to do with my research paper. I just can't wait to get it out of my hands..but then I'll just have to worry all the time if she's graded mine yet. She holds my fate in highschool. Must be nice to have that kind of power.
Tonight, Ben is making pies and I am going to learn how to knit scarves. I'm too broke to buy all of you something, and since knitting has NOTHING to do with a sewing machine that breaks a lot, you will have a scarf. This is not sock monkey year #2. It won't be. I'll have a lot of time on my hands once I get this stupid paper done. So then I will make scarves and watch Christmas movies and try to pick colors of yarn that match your personalities.
I have a lot of knitting to do.
I'm a slow learner. I hope Karen doesn't get impatient with me...
Tomorrow, the little tree goes up. I cannot wait! We already have our little Christmas bowl. It's way cute. It has M&M's, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, and Candy Canes in it. Mmm.
Now I'm going to make chains out of red and green construction paper and paper snowflakes.
I love Christmas.
