Happy New Year!!
I know it's a few weeks late, but Happy 2007!! I have a feeling it's gonna be a good year. There are gonna be lots of firsts for me, but I'm ready and excited.
Started my last semester at CMU :( and I've decided that I'm just gonna have a good time here no matter what happens. Then I'm graduating and heading off to the real world. I'm ready to be done with school, but I think I would feel better if I had some kind of job lined up. Oh well there's still a few months left for that. The first week of classes are finally over, so lets see..most of them are gonna be hard it seems like it, too many projects, business simulation games but I guess that's what you get when you're taking 4 "capstone" classes.
Classes have felt a bit surreal last week, like I haven't actually been there. Monday's MLK Jr day, so that means one extra day to the weekend. So Sunday it looks like I'll probably end up going out, maybe Oldies night, but it's OK Aaron agreed to go beer for beer with me since I have only seen him drunk a hand full of times, I can see this definitely backfiring for me.
I'm pumped that all of my best friends from home are coming up today, maybe that's why I can't sleep anymore. I know I just saw them about a week ago but it seems like longer. I miss them, and I can't wait to get drunk with all of them since we're just a bunch of crazy girls...and chris. We're going bar hopping downtown since this will be their first visit since we've all been 21. I have a feeling it'll be a good night.
Wow...this has turned into kind of a long entry. I think I'm gonna go back to bed.
