What was once and what is now

So as some of you may know me and Nikki are no longer together. Since the breakup she has been able to get on with her life, myself I have been holding my breath that she would return. She informed me the other day that she is seeing someone else. Since she told me this I have been unable to function. I feel betrayed, not only by her but by my own beliefs and thoughts. I just dont know where to turn, I feel I have neglected my friends, I feel alone. If anyone can help me out even with advise or support I would greatly appreciate it.
