Please, don't eat me
[*Rec] is one of the most effective and genuinely scary horror films that I've seen in years. Wonderful stuff. I'm off to cower in the corner of my room for a few hours until the shakes wear off. Sure it's not really original, and it contains a lot of stuff that has been done before, but it carries the claustrophobia of the Romero films that started the whole sub-genre.
