A close friend of mine is celebrating her 21st birthday. The theme is whimsical however I've no clue what to wear. Despite not knowing what to wear I decided to buy those fake feather eyelashes. Its black with white dots. Any ideas what kind of dress/outfit I should search for? Help preaseee.
