The greatest present was witnessing the happiness within these children despite the challenges they face each day.Spending no more than 2 and a half days with them, sadly, made me realize how fortune & spoilt we are.These children come from single parent families or do not even know their parents at all.My group took charge of enriching the children in their mathematics & english.They are such amazing and smart kids. Their ability to solve a sum in a spilt second is remarkable. They have a never-give-up attitude.You can see it in their eyes that they are always curious to know more. The love received from them is way better than a new bag or top.
I wish I never had to leave this place or at least be there for at least a month. I want to head back there.
Truly believe that they deserve a life worth living.
