Evening before the ice storm
One final Wednesday post:
The ice storm is being taken so seriously that Todd Howell, Chief Meteorologist on Channel 10, is sleeping at the studio tonight, on a cot!
There are reports of sleet up on the plateau (where they suffer more than do we valley dwellers), and it is heading this way.
Kate is now on her way home, I am not going to choir practice, and I fed the birds and put the car deep inside the shed.
