The "Jackpot Maximum" birthday party was a success despite cancelling the braves game. the only people who got sick were the birthday kids, and that's how it should be... well maybe not so much like max. he was out of commision for the entire next day.
school is finally over but fall semester is about to start in about 2 weeks. what the hell? school is stupid.
since the california trip got screwed, i'll be at home for the rest of my break... it's not so bad though. i love my house. being there is like being on vacation anyways. i've got a nice view of the lake, a pool, and a REALLY comfortable living room couch that sits in front of a big tv. AND, since it's the month of my birthday, the Scarlett Day Spa Retreat is giving me a 10% discount on a full body massage.
cleaning that damn pool, however, is NOT relaxing whatsoever. it's a pain in my assholes. my arms are sore from vacuuming and brushing the sides of the pool yesterday. and it's STILL not completely clean. jesus, i leave that thing alone for one and half weeks and it goes green on me.
Tomorrow's the last day to vote for the Clayton County people. I'm kind of excited since this will be my very first time voting!!
I bought a wolf t-shirt at the thrift store the other day. It glows in the dark. man, i almost forgot how awesome the thrift store is. I also bought a red and white baseball tee. it was like a size XXXXXXXXXL or something but i altered it to fit me. its the one i wore to the birthday thing. I hadn't sewn anything in a while. i kinda miss it. look out for more stuffed animals and aprons! well, i might take on a completely different challenge and TRY to make actual clothes. project runway here i come!
