amanda said whoever read hers was tagged so apparently i'm tagged... i guess you just put your top 6 songs and say why... so good luck my faithful readers for you too have been tagged.
1. break your heart by barenaked ladies: i love this song because its by bnl and this song just sounds good and is SOOO fun to sing. just d/l it sometime its amazing. the lyrics are good and it sounds good. sounds like a perfect song. by the perfect band *sigh* lol
2. time of your life - green day: i just heard this in the car today actually. it always puts me in a great mood and although i dont know the words this song always makes me want to sing it. belt it. plus it is catchy and sounds awesome. plus it makes me think of brent and that makes me laugh coz then i think about his espionage dance that he did at lindsays.
3. colorblind - counting crows: i love this song. i dont get what they mean with their lyrics but it sounds awesome and has a piano in it so i'm inclined to like it. i just love this song. props to amber for getting me hooked.
4. come away with me - nora jones: this is just a feel good song. it is perfect for relaxing on any kind of day, any kind of weather, any kind of mood. wow. just wow. shes got an amazing voice, piano, drums, guitar? idk but this cd is on repeat in my cd player every night. once you get past the annoyance of her voice, its beautiful.
5. destinys child - emotion: this is still a favorite. it just stuck with me i guess. whoever doesnt like this song just because its sung by destinys child is gay. its beautiful and they have beautifully sung it and its just a good oldie. plus it reminds me of the fall driving down to nc coz one time the survivor cd was all i listened to on the way down there and back... thats like 16 hours of destinys child in one weekend. and i still love this song. if thats not something to be amazed about then idk what is. lol
6. back to your heart - bsb: shut up. i dont care that this is by the backstreet boys. this is a good soothing song with beautiful harmony. i cant remember what instruments are used or anything but you guys have to admit that they are good singers. boy bands may suck but this song definitely doesnt. plus did i mention it has pretty harmony? i dont care if amber was sarcastic or not when she commented on it. i can sing it and it has pretty words too. i still like this song.
