(no subject)
So this short break from work has been most relaxing. OK, maybe not so much, but I did enjoy myself. Thanksgiving was nice, aside from the whackos who joined us, I remained Thankful and enjoyed my dinner. I loved seeing Julie Andrews in the Macy's Parade, it made my day. But NOT as much as seeing Borat that evening. Loved every moment of it! A big thanks to Mr. Christian Hippner for calling me on Thanksgiving :)
Today was just insane. I woke up early and spent the day at the Ellenton Outlets.. literally.. I was there from 10:30 to 7:30, my feet hurt, but I got a lot done. Bought some "winter-type" stuff for me, new sneakers and a bunch of little stuff for my Christmas shopping list. I hadn't eaten all day so by the time I got home, I was ready for some Thanksgiving leftovers. I must say, I'm quite the savvy shopper. Next on the shopping list? The new Gwen Stefani CD and Pirates 2 this tuesday!
Before I go, I just figured I'd let you guys know.. that I think that nasty wall that I had put up around my heart has finally begun to dissipate. I think I like someone... let's see how this goes...
