Saturday Afternoon

I just made sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding.  I forget sometimes how much I love butterscotch.  Now I have an inkling that the full fat, full sugar version would taste AMAZING as a pie with a chocolate crust and chocolate syrup swirled atop.

I must remember this as we get closer to Halloween and Thanksgiving.  Might be a great autumn colored option for those who don't like pumpkin pie.

I should get some work done.  But I really don't want to sit on my butt.  I think I'm going to re-organize my pantry cabinet instead.  Maybe make a menu for the week so I'm not tempted to go out so much.

But dinner out tomorrow night to celebrate a recent pregnancy announcement.  Yay for another baby in my life!
