well, i haven't writen a real one of these for a while...
so, i just got through making some shish kabobs and now they are on the grill,,,i cut up some habeneros and now my fingertips faintly burn...
it appears that i will stick around and teach again in the fall while i finish up my masters, even though my graduate teacher thing will be over (i talked to the powers that be and they are letting me teach per course anyway)...i am taking my last class over the summer...eng 600...and then finishing my thesis and comps in the fall...
after that, i am going to try and get into florida or texas for a phd program in cultural studies...don't know why that subject didn't occur to me before...it's perfect for the kinds of things i'm interested in... and i think, even if they don't accept me, i'll move there anyway and take some courses and get to know people and get in that way...
i’m still doing the zombie thing...right now, i’m doing some prewriting stuff for the papers and thesis i’m writing on the subject and will post stuff as i get drafts done...i have to have the conference paper done by the end of spring break...
on a more fun note... i’m going to bonnaroo this year...the lineup of musicians couldn’t be better...four days of camping with friends and good music...
other stuff going on...nothing
