The house - things have really come together in regards to the house. The goal for this crappy weekend is to finish off the hobby/guest room. I picked up the tables and Ka should be picking up the bookcase and possibly pantry closet for the room - once that's done all the rooms in the house will finally be organized. The only thing that will be left to purchase is a futon for this room - however right now the double high air mattress is working just fine.
I need to get some picture frames and frame some stuff to put up in this room and around the house. Think I'll spend some time this weekend, after we get everything put together and organized, figuring out what I want up on the walls and what framing I need for it.
Need to call my grandmother this weekend and ask her about the freezer she has - I'm looking at getting a similar one for our basement and just want to ask her some general questions about it. Once that's done I'll have everything done in the house that's just general day to day living stuff.
Work is work. Have spent the last few days insanely busy! Thankfully it's slowed down a good bit so I can actually really LOOK at what I'm working on and not just race through it.
Plan on going to a Wine and Food expo this weekend and then to Costco. Should be interesting since I'm going with the parents. :)
I need to sit down and spend some quality time with the scanner again this weekend. I've been helping my mother by scanning in some of her parents old pictures. The nice thing about doing this myself is that now I have copies of everything on my computer. It's nice having the pictures of my grandparents from the 40s and 50s. I plan on raiding the chest at my parents house and doing the same thing to all our old family photos. Figure I'll start doing that this winter.
I also need to sit down and do my Dragon*Con post. **sigh** So much to do so little time to do it all. ;)
Ok ok I have got to get cracking on a few things here at the office so time to end this and get to work.
