Nothing real in-depth as we've only seen an ep or two of each show but just first thoughts.
The Old Favorites:
Dancing with the Stars: Not sure who I'm routing for. I like Aaron Carter and think he should go pretty darn far. Mya and Donnie are other favorites and there are others that I like.
Heroes: Kinda feeling like they're back. They'd said they got the message and knew they'd screwed up and said they were going back to the formula of the first season. I've only see the 2-hour season premier and last nights ep but like I said, I'm feeling like they're back. Will be interesting to see if this continues and where they go with this season.
The Big Bang Theory: **giggles** Ok so this is still totally my favorite little comedy. Season 1 I knew these kind of people, they were my friends. Season 2 I realized that I was one of these people (to any number of degrees). They continually amuse me and I'm liking the character growth that's going on.
CSI:Miami: I've got it recorded but need to spend some time watching the first two eps.
NCIS: *VBG* STILL my favorite current show on tv. I've heard two different production angles on the Tony/Ziva stuff and am holding off on an opinion until I see what they actually do. I'm looking forward to seeing the fall out tonight.
CSI:NY: DUDE!!! This had the cliff-hanger of all cliff-hangers last year. I'm loving that we're four months into the future and we're still dealing the the fall out of that night and it's looking like they're still not going for the quick fix. Am looking forward to seeing the struggles that Danny faces.
Survivor: Russell is someone I hope they get real soon! Just wait until they find out that his whole Hurricane Katrina story is fake.
CSI: Will probably watch this weeks ep just to see what the heck Doc Robbins found at the end of last weeks ep but after that I think I'm pretty much done investing time and recording resources to it. I'm sure it'll be on the tv cause there's really nothing else on at that time that I'm interested in but will probably be doing other things during it.
The Amazing Race: I'm soooooo happy this is back. Kinda like and dislike the "eliminated at the starting line" thing they did this year. On one hand nice to see a new twist but felt bad for the team that didn't make it.
Brothers and Sisters: I really need to get my hands on the early seasons of this show. Kinda came across it last season and got hooked. Not a huge fan of any one actor in the show but do like everyone that's on it. Looks like the storylines for the season have been set into motion and I'm looking forward to seeing how they play out.
The Summer Season Stuff:
Drop Dead Diva: This is soooooooo not my typical style of show but it's just so cute and I'm totally loving it. They just introduced a love interest for Jane in the last two eps and she and Tony are just sooooooo freaking cute together I could just about die. Sadly the season finale is this coming Sunday. **pouts**
Royal Pains: Again with the "not my typical style show" deal. Very cute show and am looking forward to another season of it.
The New:
NCIS:LA: GOOD LORD!!! Sam/Callen?!?!?!?!?!?! You'd have to be freaking BLIND to not see it. ;) Was missing all the fun tech they introduced in the NCIS two-parter last season and am hoping they bring that back. Liking that it feels like NCIS but yet not. Am looking forward to seeing where they go with the show.
FlashForward: So yeah I'm getting the feeling that if you're not a fan of LOST then you likely may not end up a fan of FF. Heck I was greatly amused that the show started the same way that LOST started (people waking up after the event has happened). Looking forward to seeing things fill out to sync up with the visions people had and to see if things happen just the way they saw them or do things change. Have a feeling I'm going to totally be hooked on this show.
The Good Wife: Was a bit more interesting than I thought it was going to be. It's focusing more on her returning to work (as a lawyer) than it is her husband's affair. I'm going to give it a while to see where they go with it.
The up in the air:
Defying Gravity: Enjoyed what they aired and I totally want to know what/who the hell is Beta! I've seen different reports some saying the show was canceled and some saying that ABC is just trying to find a time-slot for it.
The looking forward to:
V: I loved the 80s series and good god this new version is looking FANTASTIC! Can not wait for this to air in November.
LOST: The final season! I'm really looking forward to seeing how they wrap everything up. Once it's over and done with and all the seasons are released I want to sit down with them and just work my way through it and watch the storylines unfold with out all the funky breaks they suffered.
