Just an example of why I'm so happy K-ROCK is back.
I love this Ian guy who was on K-ROCK this morning//afternoon - of course he said he's only here for one day.
This is the playlist from this morning starting around 11:30am:
1. "The Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance
2. "Welcome to Paradise" by Green Day ((my personal favorite as you know))
3. "I Wish You Were Here" by Incubus
4. "Champagne Supernova" by Oasis ((!!!))
5. "Bleed It Out" by Linkin Park
6. "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails
7. "Mr. Brightside" by The Killers
8. "Dream On" by Aerosmith
9. "Icky Thump" by The White Stripes
10. "Bullet With Butterfly Wings" by The Smashing Pumpkins
..and then he kinda went downhill a bit, playing some early 90's hair-bandish song that I've heard a bunch of times but I don't know the name of, followed by "Kryptonite" by Three Doors Down.
But I was SO excited for those first ten! Scanning documents at work was so much less boring when I was singing along to a whole bunch of songs that I knew all the words to. :)
Gosh, I'm so glad I don't have to listen to Z-100 anymore.
