Homeward bound
Today's my last day at Philmont... ever. Well, last day as a staffer. I'm sure I'll be back to visit next year. And who knows, maybe I'll come out again when my baby's all grown up and be a crazy old Handicraft lady. Or maybe my child will be involved in cub scouts and I'll get to come out for some cub scout conference sometime. I definitely don't see myself ever really closing the door on Philmont in my life. Especially as long as people I love are still out here.
Bit stressed about the next few days. Basically I'm just going to be living in Chrysteena's car. We're driving to Dallas tonight, then either Monday or Tuesday (depending on Amanda's disposition) I'm driving to OKC. Steena's gonna join me on Wednesday, and then we drive to Fort Smith. It's gonna be an adventure. Then Steena promises me much craziness once we get to Arkansas. Then, sometime, things'll settle down and I'll be super-pregnant. Yay!
