I noticed that you bred your furry couple. I'm planning on mating my FurKin Sims (Calvin (fox) with Suzy (grey-brown cat), Everett(grey wolf) with Jenny(two-striped skunk)) -- mind if I ask you whether the game seemed to prefer one "fur" color over another? Just curious if it's random or if darker colors are preferred, like skintones.

As far as I know, Genensim never binned her skintones so they come out randomly. The only thing I noticed is it seemed to favor whoever WASN'T the father. (Since it's a gay couple and whoever initiates the woohoo is who carries the offspring)
I haven't seen this in action with any of my straight couples as most of my straight couples seem to be human-anthro or such. I may have to experiment to see. I do know that the custom skintones are random, otherwise. As Tal's mom has a baby with Spike (Yes, my vampire Buffy-Spike) and she's fuzzy.
Now on my other computer, I have the same family and the twins wound up one white, one brown. Although the white furred one is kind of creepy Damien with brown hair and gold eyes! :D

LoL about your twins -- I had something similar happen with a regular human family, the Mortes. Mom's white, Dad's black, so I got a twin of each color. (Though I suppose I might have set a genetic precedent for that -- the dad has a sister who's white.)

That's kooky! I liked that their daughter had actually a mixed genetic skintone. It's the one thing I wish I had with the furry skintones. Since she and her wife are both default skins, they had a little medium tone skinned child. :D
