(no subject)
I haven’t properly updated this here thing in a little while, so since I have been up since five thirty, I may as well write an entry.
I don’t know where to start, not that anything significant has happened but my brain is a bit scrambled. Last Thursday I had my first counselling session. I found it very interesting and I really should blog about it straight after it happens so I can remember what was spoken about. Anyway, my councillor is a nice woman, I feel quite at ease talking with her, and I think I am going to learn a hell of a lot about myself in the next five weeks. I can only use this as a positive experience and try and use it in a positive way, after all, that’s what it is all about.
I know last week I mentioned that M had been done for drink driving; well he has his court appearance today. The main problem he faces losing his licence is getting the PA’s to gigs and the rest of the band. One of the conclusions we came up with is that I will get my driving lessons sorted out ASAP so I can drive the van to gigs and that way he won’t lose any business on the PA side of things.
Talking of M, things between us are working really well. I am really starting to like the guy a lot, a slight change from how things were a few weeks ago. I think a part of the reason why I felt like I couldn’t date the guy was because I wasn’t accepting the fact that I actually liked a man. I know I didn’t see it as (in my eyes) normal. Well I have moved on from that and dropped a few barriers so we shall see how things pan out.
He gave me a DVD of his band the other day and I really must watch it but that means installing a bunch of stuff, I’m so lazy! I don’t even know what his band sounds like, I think that there are some MP3’s on their website so maybe I should give them a look. I guess I should wrap this up and do something productive, like washing clothes and putting them in my new wardrobe. BAH!
