Drabble - "Lucky Pants"

Summary: Jack considers Gwen's value to him, in dangerous circumstances.. bit of a crack!fic, really

A/N: Something I found whilst searching through my files. Written for the song challenge, where you put your mp3 on shuffle, and write a fic whilst the song plays, and for that length of time only. My song was "Luck Be A Lady", by the wonderful Ewan McGregor :D Just a bit of silliness, really, but I haven't posted a Jack/Gwen in a while, so....

She was his lucky charm. His lucky pants. He knew nothing bad could ever happen to him whilst she was there with him, not even if they were being confronted by the Loch Ness Monster, who it turned out really did exist, and was in fact an alien that had crash landed in the Scottish highlands several centuries previously.
Which was exactly why he trusted her to be lucky enough to not need any protection, and therefore why he held her out in front of him, backing away from the lake as stealthily as he could.
Lucky pants could manage on their own.
