I decided to start creating an NPC directory for Cubicle 7's SLA Industries game. Fanworks, non-profit, non-copyright-infringing, of course. pythia_delphie had a few projects of her own and created the artsystuff lj-community, where I will periodically update.
Ironic fact: daver2323 (the game's inventor) recently deleted his account. Please come back, Dave! :(
