I think Jack and T skating would definitely be a spectator sport worth watching - Vala would use the knowledge as currency. *g* I can't think where in the building they'd go that's a) flat, and b) relatively concealed, but hey. *handwaves*

I imagined that they were in maybe a carpark around the back, with lots of carports round the edges (which are mostly empty because noone in this AU can really afford a car).
