So long hello
Yeah, I'm horrible at updating this, and I know I say things look good and things are going to be more easy for me to post, but yeah.. I'm only online a lot between work and usually it's just to check email. So, here's a post since I have time now. :)
Myspace has become more of an essential to check for me now, since I get e mail through there. That and I find more people have myspace than Livejournal. Quite amusing.
I'm at the Falmouth library right now, using the computers. I just got a membership so soon I'll be able to check out music and dvd's and books too! :)
Okay, news... Jeff is home! He came home on Sunday at noonish. I was back with him at 2pm. His trip was good coming home, and his deployment is done. He won't be deployed for another year and a half. He might get sent somewhere domestic for a couple weeks for some training but that's about it. As far as his wanting to get out, he's decided to stay in until his time is up. That is Sept. 2009, during which, they'll probably extend it so that they can deploy him again. *sigh* oh well.
We're moving! Saturday before jeff got home, I decided that it would be a good idea for me to figure out a new house for us. the very first one I called ended up being perfect! It's a 2 bedroom duplex. (the other family on the other side seems quiet, and have a 4 mo/old) It's quite a house, brand new. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. The master bedroom has stairs leading to an attic, the second bedroom has cable and a great view of the back yard. ;) down stairs is living room, lots of closets, a dining area, Full kitchen, with dish washer and everything. LOTS of cupboards, a closet pantry, a coat closet in the livingroom, and off the kitchen is a half bath with washer and dryer hook ups. :) This was quite enough to convince me, but what REALLY sold Jeff on the whole thing, was we get an entire 2 car garage to ourselves! WOOT! and 4 acres of land. We have to take care of snow and mowing, but not bad at all. And it's only 950$ a month.
Moving day will be today. We went shopping for a couple new things already. We got a nice couch from bobs discount furniture with a hide a bed inside it. :) much happpy about that! And hopefully will be getting a futon for the upstairs bedroom so that we'll have more sleep places. :) I'm really excited about this house. It'll be nice for us to start off in, until he's done his term. :)
And again, I must sign off. I have to go work.. yay... But that's the most goin on in my life! :)
