This weekend.

Well, I guess this year is going to be one of traveling. It hasn't even been a month yet since i got back from Florida, and I'm going to be heading out to chicago. What's in Chicago? Well, Jeff's family is out there. But not him. :( his grandfather died this week and i was going to fly out there to be with his family, and get to see him. However, after he went to talk to people about getting out of the Navy for good they refused his leave for death. Something about his wanting to leave was only b/c of bad stuff happening while he was gone and that they wanted him to wait before applying for separation again. I'm not surprised, but as many of you know, I have my own opinions of the military and they're not that great.

I've been spending a LOT of time with my friends at the store. I don't know how good that is, b/c I don't get to see a lot of my OTHER friends. I miss them a lot and i wish that i had more time to spend up in Portland. But i guess I knew what I was getting into when I moved down here. *sigh* well, i guess I spoke too soon. I got a message from my friend, Ray and we're gonna hang out next weekend when he comes back down from home. :) YAY! Always good times when he's around. ;)

I suppose I should start packing. that IS why I came home early and stuff. How do you pack for a weekend, somewhere you've never been, and with people you've never met? hmmm. Lots and lots of sweaters. Packing.
