(no subject)
Today's a holiday? I didn't know that until I babysat last night and they told me by the way, we dont' need you tomorrow.. So what am I doing today? I'm sitting up in Brunswick playing online while Chris and Jeff play on thier computers. I get to have internet and see what I can see on here. :-/
I know it's been ages since I've really updated, but I've been busy an i've been having things come up.
Car things suck. I'm not sure whats going on with it, but I need to take it in to the shop again. It needs a new something or other to make the engine stop souding like it's going to explode or something... Well, it doesn't sound bad all the time, just when I try to drive it sometimes. And I duno it's weird. *sigh* I had a friend of mine look at it and he said that he thinks the trans. is going... I say he's full of it. Though on the plus side, my door is all fixed.
My apartment is coming together pretty well. I've got to get the livingroom figured out. I might just take where i was planning on putting the living room and put it where i put the table. Or something. It's hard to figure out. It's smaller than I'm used to. And I'm still unsure about Peace's chair. whether or not i should get rid of it, or if i should still try and get it up the stairs or what! I am hoping to save up some money to get a new TV and/or PS2. Would be nice to play some games if i ever have more than a few m inutes home. Not to mention a new hard drive would be nice.
I'm feeling rather strange that I'm hardly ever home. I live about 20 inutes to 1/2 hour away from portland now. South. and everyone else lives north. I've been doing a lot of stuff up in Brunswick with everyone before they get shipped out. And i know that when they do I'll have a crap ton of time to do more things that I'll actually probably go home rather than go up to Brunswick. Sometimes I wonder if moving to Saco was a good idea....We'll find out. maybe when my lease is up, I'll move to Brunswick or something.
Fishing is almost over for the season. I'm rather happy. I like doing it a lot. However, every weekend this entire summer has been dedicated to fishing and I'd much rather have at least ONE weekend to myself. Its kinda a lot of time constraining. *sigh* though the good news is, I got the invite into the club! ^.^ I shall be a professional fisher-man...woman...person... whatever! They're going to vote me in next club and i get to go to the banquet if i get in, which i've been assured by most of the guys that I have their vote. :) First woman and the youngest member... Woot! :)
and with that. i'm going to watch some more Dark Angel and hang out with people. :)
