Crappy poop!
Y'know. I get a new job. Things look like they'll be going just fine from now on and then common sense hits me in the mouth with. "HAH! You forgot this!"
So I'm sitting here at my computer typing an away message for AIM and I realise. Beauty and the Beast will conflict with my work schedule!!!! I'm fine until Sept or October rolls around.. but NO! When November and December get here! SHOOT ME NOW!!!
Cleaning is from 6:3- Midnight Mon-Fri and Rehearsals are going to be From 6- god knows when Weds and Sunday... for the first month or so... I'm not remembering how it went for NON major characters. But then there comes hell week. 2 weeks BEFORE the show opens and then there's the OMG weeks before hell weeks.. and I don't know how much for show time we'll be doing. I won't be able to do Friday nights definately and possiblities for Thursday night shows as well. And it's not like I can skip a show.... OY!
So, do I tell the person I'm employing with today about the shows? Or do I pull a "I just found out about the schedule and they're not all weekend rehearsals after I've proved myself a hard worker for a month? I mean I want this cleaning job...but good lord!
And then when school comes around. I'd love to keep that job. But concerts? And Rehearsals for Opera Workshop or any thing else? *sigh*
At any rate. This weekend is filling up rapidly. Need to remember to call Gram and remind her about going to see Oliver! On Saturday and get directions and see who's coming. :) And then going to see Wizard of Oz on our way home.
