Is it because of better diagnoses, or is there something else going on here? I've listened to one theory about how people are waiting until later in life to start families, and that could explain the increase in cases. I'm not convinced that it's because of aging genetic material though.
The difference between male and female brain composition is what interests me. I think it's safe to say that the genders have different ways in their thinking processes. Is there some correlation between the stereotyping that men are less emotional than women, and the struggles autistic children have conveying their emotions?
