diving too deep for coins
2009 was my best and worst year yet.
I learned a lot about self-authorship and making lemons into lemonade. Occasionally, the lemonade showed up freshly squeezed and spiked with vodka, which I enjoyed with relish but usually finished too quickly. I am looking forward to 2010, now that I have returned [somewhat] to Real Life (or as real as it gets while in graduate school). My main goals for the coming months are passing my comprehensive exams, securing post-graduate employment, and moving somewhere awesome. Preferably Chicago, but who knows? I'm flexible.
