Basic Measurement Chart

Measuring Instructions:

* Have someone measure you. Never Measure yourself.
* Use a measuring tape. (Soft flexible tape or tailor tape.)
* Keep the tape snug to your body, but not too tight or too loose.

Measurements Require: (use CM for D to N.)

A. Weight (lbs)

B. Height (cm or inches)

C. Sex

D. Bust/Chest: measure around the fullest part of bust/chest.

E. Waist: Measure around natural waist at its narrowest, keeping the tape horizontal across bellybutton.

F. Hip Circumference: around the largest part of hip.

G. Neck circumference: Measure around the fullest part of neck.

H. Shoulder width: Measure from the edge of left shoulder to the edge of right shoulder on the back.

I. Neck to waist: From the back, measure from the most prominent bone of base of neck, down the spine to the natural waistline.

J. Upper Arm Circumference: Around the largest part of upper arm.

K. Arm Length: measure from edge of one shoulder to wrist cuff.

L. Waist to floor: Measure from natural waistline to floor.

M. Thigh Circumference: Around the largest part of thigh.

N. Wrist Cuff Circumference
