(no subject)
i'm procrastinating today... sorry if there are lots of random comments =)
turkey weekend was fun-filled and turkey-less (i don't like poultry, and what kimmy wants, kimmy gets, so we had ham!)
went shopping friday... at the mall... madness i tell ya... i'm not one of those diehard shoppers that has to get there before the doors open and stand in line and rush with the mob... no, we (as in me and my grandma) didn't even leave the house til after 7am... well after the shopping had gotten under way... i got a $200 jacket for $65 and $140 in shoes for under $60 (and one of them - well, two - ... i mean... one pair is/are what my mom calls hooker boots! i told mom i was gonna wear them with my black mini-skirt... she gave me the 'i don't wanna know' look) =) and best of all, it was all 'early christmas presents' so i didn't really have to pay for any of it! :D
in the meantime, my parents and brother were in detroit watching the MHSAA football championship games... muskegon won our division game 31-7, finishing up a perfect season =)
friday night, i saw Finding Neverland with Jamie. it was about what i expected - not great, but not horrible - i'm glad i didn't pay for it, but it was okay...
came back to lansing a day early because i've got three papers due this week (one tuesday and two thursday) and haven't started any of them and they sure weren't getting done at home... but can't say i did much on the last night either... though i really don't think the one due on tuesday is really due on tuesday since we haven't gotten the list of topics we're allowed to write on yet...
