I don't get it. Am I supposed to know what this is about?

At first I chalked my lack of comprehension up to jenkem, but then I realized I haven't done jenkem in THIRTY MINUTES. So guess what, I gotta go... it's time for JENKEM!

Well last I checked, Dr. Who was both a fictional character, and not a surgeon.

Oh, I dunno much about that dude. I was reading it as a statement that got severed like "The doctor who operated on Kanye's mom... (says she is lucky to be alive (or some shit))."

I thought you were just pointing out that Kanye's mom had gotten an operation that she had been waiting for since the 1990s. I was like "Since when is RØB all interested in Kanye West's family?"

Did you sit there at work for like 15 minutes just slicin' up that screen shot and applying the outerglow?, ha ha!

I think we watched some Doctor Who while at your house in Belgium in '96 man! He is some crazy-famous character and shit, apparently Doctor Who is the longest-running sci-fi series of all time (it started in like '63 and is still just going and going). The guy has been played by like 10 different actors in that time. I think that one book I bought one time that was like "the 1000 most popular trivia questions" had some Doctor Who questions in it. Admittedly he is more popular among the British and in super-nerd circles (you'll notice Charles understood the joke) but still man, time-traveling alien space doctor telephone booth dude, come on!

15 minutes? More like 12 seconds man!

Yeah Kanye is a dope, man. I don't give a dang about him or his family, I just thought the truncated title of the article was funny.

Yeah, I'm well familiar with his existence and the long-running multi-actor nature of the show(s). I just never watch it and it's not the first thing that jumps into my mind if I happen to see "doctor" and "who" together in a sentence, especially when that sentence is about something like Kanye's mom.

I think it was mostly because "Doctor" and "Who" were both capitalized and when that happens it's usually because someone's referring to Doctor Who. Before I even got to the part about Kanye's whatever, I thought I was going to be reading a headline about Doctor Who.

Yeah the whole article title is "Doctor Who Operated on Kanye's Mom Loses License." It would be funny to put a comma between "Mom" and "Loses" as if it was describing a series of things happening to Doctor Who.

Doctor Who Operated on Kanye's Mom, Loses License

Well luckily he can just go back in time and get it right back!

I realize that technically any decent journalist would use "Operates" instead of "Operated" in the above example, but whatever.
