summer "break"
OKAY I'm going to update.
Well I have some sweet news.... Last week I called Cedarville University to register for their Nursing Camp this summer (June20-25). You know what they said? IT WAS FULL. So, they put my name on the waiting list and said usually a coulpe people cancel every year, and I was pretty high on the list.
They called me today!! I had a missed call from "Unidentifiable ID" at 1:48 pm, which is about when, I kid you not, I said another prayer about camp... "Lord! I will not worry I will not worry I will not worry... If I need to go to Nursing Camp, it's in your hands. But I'd really love to go... I give it to you though Jesus!! Just... make SOMEBODY cancel if I'm meant to be there..!"
So I called them back and I'm IN. Praise God! I'm very excited now. Want to see my summer schedule? Yahh..
- June 13-17 Work Co-op dance recital
- June 20-25 Nursing Camp at Cedarville U!
- July 1-9 Camp Farthest Out job in Midland ($200 plus food and board, sweet)
- July 10-17 NYSUM Mission Trip (NYCity)
- July 23 Turning 17 :)
- August 1-5 Yearbook Camp at MSU
- August ? Arizona (w/dad and brothers)
- August ? Cedar Point (w/mom and brothers)
- ?maybe? Florida with Justin's family (Scuba diving!)
All but two of those are TRIPS. Goodness. And I wanted to get some big time scrapbooking done this summer. AND its my last summer with Katie before she leaves me to go to Calvin :( Kater baters I will miss you and love you forever and EVER!!! Anyway, only 6 days of school left, so complaining is DONE.
I never thought I'd live to be a senior.
