last friday i went out with the foreign girls in the department. we got dinner and drinks. after dinner there was a band playing. the bass player and drummer were kinda cute. but boy was the lead singer the best part. just imagine a somewhat overweight latino man who dances like little richard. our table heckled him, before becoming too embarrassed and deciding to leave. the band liked to change songs in the middle or sometimes just randomly whenever. and the singer guys was reading off sheet music. which led to the rather embarrassing point in the night when he started singing "the girl from iwojima." oops.
